Although Scuba-Doo is easy and requires no swimming we are still subject to a medical questionnaire, which may be downloaded here for your reference.
Please note if you answer YES to any of the conditions listed, or you have any concerns about pre-existing or existing conditions and/or current medications, we recommend you consult a qualified Physician to avoid any disappointment on the day.
A qualified physician Medical Clearance must conform to Australian Medial Standards AS4005-1.
